For ten years a husband has lost every round of golf to his wife’s sister. In 18 Holes With My Wife’s Sister, she finally raises the stakes: whoever wins gets to dictate the loser’s next move. She adds that she already knows what she wants.

The official synopsis lays out the arc in two lines: by the ninth hole they are no longer playing golf, and by the last one their spouses are not either. The five episodes follow that bet to its end. Golf gives the story a natural rhythm, since each hole is another chance to raise the stakes.

Episode by episode

  1. The husband admits his wife’s sister has won every round for ten years, and this time she is not even pretending to play fair. She stands close to correct his grip while the rest of the group is busy, then proposes that the next hole carries a bet: whoever wins calls the loser’s next move. She adds that she already knows her choice.
  2. He accepts the bet, and when the others head back to the clubhouse the two stay behind to finish. He feels guilty for looking at her that way, until rain sends them running for the cart barn. The round ends in a tie, and she says she still wants her prize and can show him what her sister cannot.
