Candy Lane runs on a single rule, and episode 1 states it in the opening seconds. The husbands and dads are away for eight hours, and a flag raised outside means the women inside need help with something. Every Wife on Candy Lane runs five episodes on Candy Shorts and follows the man who answers the flags.

He is the plumber, and the synopsis labels him the neighborhood’s open secret. Each house on his round has a different woman waiting, with different tastes, different levels of hunger and different rules. The cast list names six of the women: Harriet and Holly, Kenzie and Mona, Regina and Renata. All of them are adult wives, and the plumber is an adult man.

Harriet’s kitchen, the first stop

Episode 1 starts with Harriet, who happens to be his brother’s wife. A pipe under her kitchen sink keeps dripping, though he insists he fitted it tightly the last time. She mentions that her husband is not much good with his hands, and the plumber crawls under the sink to take a look.

The talk stays playful while she holds the flashlight and the water gets everywhere. By the end of the episode she has made it clear that fixing the sink is only the first job on her list. Things turn intimate, and the camera keeps the details general.

After that, the story is the round itself: one street, many doors, and a man whose visits are known to everyone except the husbands. The synopsis promises variety rather than a single romance, so expect each woman to set her own terms.
