My Fiancée's Best Friend

Years of disliking him, one wedding week to learn why

My Fiancée’s Best Friend is built on a grudge that is not quite a grudge. For years the maid of honor has told her friend that the groom is not good enough, and now the wedding is days away. The synopsis is blunt about it: wedding week shows she has wanted him all along.

In the first episode she arrives for the pre-wedding fuss with a toast that spends three lines on the bride, Selena, and one on him. He points out that nobody asks that much about a person they hate. She replies that she simply does not think he deserves her best friend, then sets him a test: show up at the venue at noon and help her with the dress while the bride is away.

Episode 2 begins with him turning up early. A recent Candy addition, the show covers five episodes of banter that gets more dangerous as the vows get closer.

The maid of honor, the groom and the bride in the middle

No real performer is credited, which means no star and no digital twin. The maid of honor, the groom and the bride are fictional characters in an AI-generated story, and each of them is an adult.

The maid of honor is blunt, funny and fiercely protective on the surface. The groom, called Nick in the dialogue, takes her jabs with a half-smile and then raises the stakes himself. The bride is the person both of them claim to care about, and she is never far from the action.
