My Wife's Best Friend

When the wife’s famous friend becomes a houseguest

My Wife’s Best Friend turns a houseguest into a problem. A husband learns that the old friend his wife is welcoming for the week, after a bad breakup, is the famous adult performer Riley Reid. His wife waves it off: Riley has left all that behind.

Riley is more playful about her retirement, hinting that she has been thinking about a comeback. As soon as the wife leaves for work, the two are alone, and since he works from home, Riley points out they can keep each other company.

In episode 2 she turns the conversation to his marriage, using what the wife, Anna, has told her over the years. When he protests that she is his wife’s best friend, her answer is that best friends share. The series runs five episodes on Candy Shorts.

An AI twin in the house and a wife named Anna

Riley Reid takes the star credit, though the woman on screen is her AI digital twin, built on a license. The real performer stayed out of these scenes. The story winks at her real-life career, but it stays fiction. See her twin page for the background.

The husband, his wife and the friend form the triangle, and all three are adults. Anna is the trusting wife who shares confidences, and Riley turns those confidences into leverage.
