A rescue at the beach club that rewrites the summer

Under Her Watch is set at a private beach club, and its first scene is an emergency. Someone has gone under, lifeguard Sophie pulls him out and talks him through his breathing. When he recovers, she teases that he takes direction well and that plenty of men get in over their heads around her.

The rescued man turns out to be family of the boss, introduced as her husband’s nephew, and he is now the club’s new cabana hand. Sophie volunteers to take him on, and her boss reminds her to keep things professional. Sophie’s answer suggests that professional is not how the summer will go.

In the second episode her lessons begin, starting with a water-safety certification that is plainly a pretext. This Candy Shorts title spreads one forbidden summer across five episodes of sand, sun and sidelong glances.

Around her are the club owner, who keeps nudging everyone toward professionalism, a coworker Sophie calls Brooklyn, and the newcomer she has taken under her wing. All characters are fictional adults, the newcomer included.

Under Her Watch: two free episodes, then 30 tokens

Under Her Watch counts as a standard series, which gives it a free opening. The rescue scene starts without any sign-up, episode 2 needs a free Candy account to open, and after that every episode takes 30 tokens, the rate for a digital twin lead.
